High Grade Products
We use only the best available products when installing your new roof. Heavy mill rubber adds a longer life to your roof as well as a higher impact rating. Additional insulation can be installed to raise the R-value and improve your homes energy efficiency.
Warranty
60 mill rubber is our standard product used comes with a 20 year product warranty. We include a 10 year in house warranty on new EPDM roofs.

Glue rubber to insulation
Install all EPDM tapes
